Leah's Bio
Leah founded The Nourished Sensitive in 2020 with a mission to empower sensitive and heart-centered individuals to be the change they want to see in this world through the power of self-nourishment, balanced nutrition, and an ordered relationship with food and body.
Each of these elements charts a path to holistic well-being, and alignment with your purpose in life. Leah strives to create essential resources and provide compassionate guidance to help educate and nourish sensitive souls on their journey from a dis-ordered and dis-empowering relationship with food and body to a peaceful, freeing and ordered one while addressing health challenges through a holistic lens using her 9-element framework for True Nourishment. Leah believes that everyone in this world deserves to feel and be nourished.
